3.2.4. the right to object, at any time, for overriding and legitimate reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your respective data;

3.2.5. the right to object, upon request and free of charge, to the processing of personal data concerning him for research purposes, as well as the right to be informed before the initial communication of his personal data to third parties for research purposes and to have been explicitly offered the right to object, free of charge, to such communication or use.

3.3. Rights to manage published content.

3.3.1. 4.1.8. in the event that you publish information, images or other content about/belonging to other users/persons, you declare that you have obtained prior consent from that user/person to make the information/images/content public.

4.1.9. it is prohibited to publish content or photographs that contain advertising, the logo of a company or photographer, the copyright sign: ©, content that constitutes a registered trademark or infringes copyright, which is or can be interpreted as pornographic, erotic or indecent.

4.2. It is prohibited to use the account to advertise for the purpose of selling or buying goods or for other purposes related to marketing.

4.2.1. it is prohibited to publish on the site or transmit through the site, in any way, materials that contain viruses, programs or files created to interrupt, destroy or limit the correct functioning of the site.

4.2.2. you may not copy, translate, sell, adapt any material, text or part from this site, regardless of its intended purpose.

4.2.3. you are prohibited from soliciting other members to pay money regardless of the purpose or pretext for requesting such amounts.

4.3. Violation of the Online Code of Conduct

4.3.1. Any intentional violation of the online code of conduct by any user may result in partial or total suspension of the account on Dates4Real.com and, after this suspension, the respective members are no longer entitled to use the services provided by Dates4Real.com. We also reserve the right to cancel any account, without notice, for violations of online conduct.

4.3.2. Please note that the site is not monitored, however, in the event that we discover or are notified of any violation of online conduct, we reserve the right to remove any posted messages, photographs or information from the site, at our discretion. sole discretion, without the user being able to claim any damages caused by this action.

4.3.3. 5.1. The active user who makes payments or uses the services of Dates4Real.com declares under oath that she is over 18 years old and is directly responsible for the information declared.

5.2. After registration, the active user on the site will benefit from the FREE Package which includes the following services:

5.2.1. 5 photos to be uploaded by the registered user.

5.2.2. 1 photo album for photo presentation.

5.2.3. 15 messages to discuss with friends.

5.2.4. 5 friend requests.

5.2.5. 10 friend requests accepted.

5.2.6. 10 likes for photos of active users on the site.

5.2.7. 3 comments for photos of active users on the site.

5.3. Each member of Dates4Real.com has the right to choose one of the packages available online and pay for the services of this type of subscription. The packages that can be purchased are illustrated below:

5.3.1. The Basic Package: 150 days - 10 photos to be uploaded by the registered user; 2 photo albums for photo presentation; unlimited messages with friends to discuss; 10 friend requests; 20 friend requests accepted; unlimited likes for photos of active users on the site; unlimited comments for photos of active users on the site;

5.3.2. The Plus Package: 200 days - unlimited photos to be uploaded by the registered user; unlimited photo album for photo slideshow; unlimited messages with friends to discuss; 20 friend requests; 50 friend requests accepted; unlimited likes for photos of active users on the site; unlimited comments for photos of active users on the site;

5.3.3. The VIP Package: 360 days - all services included.

5.3.5. ATTENTION: To use the cam you need the same type of subscription, Pachetto Vip or Pachetto Plus.

5.4. Subscription rates are clearly indicated on the site in euros. Dates4Real.com reserves the right to change the price of subscriptions and their type at any time and without notice.

5.5. All subscription pays are recurring . To cancel A subcription CLICK and as soon as possible we will contact you with a solution for your request.

5.7. ATTENTION: If there are doubts / complaints about the transactions of a particular user, his account will be blocked until the situation created is clarified.

5.8. By placing an order, you declare under oath and warrant that you are over 18 years of age and a resident of the country in which the order and payment for Dates4Real.com subscriptions were placed.

5.9. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree to automatic payments by direct withdrawal from your bank account or by entry on your mobile phone bill and declare that the payment is made in your name and that you have the right to use the method of respective payment.

5.10. There will be a maximum of 5 attempts to renew the subscription packages, every 7 days, if the subscription is not extended, it will become default.

5.11. In the case of card payments, the user declares that he is over 18 years old and is the holder of that card. The site is not responsible for any claims relating to improper use or by other persons other than the owner of the means of payment, consumption of the users' payment resources and cannot return the funds to the account in case the user has made a wrong purchase.

5.12. Terms of payment:

5.12.1. Active users can purchase a subscription, paying by card. Payment will be made in full, in advance, for the entire period.

5.13. Withdrawal from the subscription: 5.13.1. The user can withdraw from the subscription at any time by completing an online form HERE LINK or from your account, from the My Profile section> Edit> Delete Profilef.

5.13.2. Access the payment confirmation email you received from the CentralPay processor, go to the Subscription Management section, where you can unsubscribe from future subscription payments.

5.13.4. Confirmation of the purchase of a new subscription also involves the activation of the user's subscription to the services provided by Dates4Real.com.

5.14. Refunds of subscription payments

5.14.1. Refunds of payments made for subscriptions provided by Dates4Real.com are done within legal limits and in compliance with the law.

5.14.2. The site does not accept refund requests, and does not process refund requests unless they comply with point #7.3.

5.15. Online users have the right to notify Dates4Real.com in writing to our ticket platform support page

5.16. The return of the value of the subscription can be carried out at any time and upon explicit request of the user and, in the event that you have already used the services provided by the purchased package, you will be refunded the value of the package pro rata, which represents the unused period value for the remaining number of days the service was not used.

5.17. The refund must be made within a maximum of 30 days from confirmation made by a site staff via email or platform

5.18. Payments for packages purchased are NOT refunded for the period in which the online user used the package services.

5.19. Refunds of packages or credits do not imply an obligation to provide the same or similar refund in the future.

5.20. No refunds will be made if there is suspicion as to the source of the funds and if you are guilty of a breach of online conduct or the rules set out in the Terms and Conditions.

5.21. When upgrading, the previous package is canceled and the platform does not offer and cannot manage the payment of the differences between two packages. Refund requests for previous packages/subscriptions are not accepted.

6.2. Your subscription will be automatically canceled within 30 days of your first request.

6.3. The account deletion process can only be performed by the authenticated member and is an automatic process. It cannot be done by a staff.

7.1. Dates4Real.com is not responsible for user misrepresentations and cannot be held liable for any user fraud. Accordingly, the user registered on Dates4Real.com is solely responsible for the following:

7.1.1. Damages that occur due to the disclosure of authentication data, which occurred through the fault of the user.

7.1.2. Insecure payments made from a computer infested with: spyware, keyloggers or other categories of computer viruses.

7.1.3. Payments made by another person.

7.1.4. Dates4Real.com cannot be held responsible for any fraud caused by the user.

7.1.5. The site warns users about the risks to their privacy and that of other people by uploading data to the site.
