1 Presentation of the portal

www.dates4real.com is an online dating site and publication of short ads. By entering the portal you will be able to exchange written messages, videochat live with other users and much more. The site is reserved for mature adults. All registered users and the people in your photos are 18 years of age or older. Some features of the site are accessible for free, others are paid for by Members, who pay for subscription.

The user is informed that in accordance with Article 32 of the Data Protection Act and Freedom of 6 January 1978, as amended, necessary and is intended to the company as responsible for their management, for the management of customer files and potential customers, the management of subscribers, the control of the relationship between customers and potential customers, the management and control of commercial and promotional operations.

The user can exercise the right of access, rectification and assistance that allows, if necessary, to correct, complete, update, block or delete the personal data if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, no longer valid or truthful whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited. The user also has the right to object to the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons and the right to object if they are used for commercial research. 2 Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2.3 Subscription Services

Upgrades are one-off payments, depending on the plan selected.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect immediately. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of an active subscription period.

2.4 Refund Eligibility

Video calls and other interactive services are considered fully performed services once initiated.

No refunds will be granted once a video call or interactive session has started, regardless of duration or outcome.

2.7 Chargebacks and Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the user's account.

We strongly encourage users to contact support to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.

3 Use of our portal

By becoming a user you agree to follow and to respect the conditions of use set out below, as well as having confirmed your email address. If the user does not read or does not accept the terms and conditions of use, the user cannot join the dating site. While using the services, the member agrees to:

4. Do not post phone numbers or e-mail addresses via message. The exchange of such personal data may be made directly between users via chat. Sending phone numbers or e-mail in a different way from that expected will be interpreted as "spam". Spam is automatically removed by software without human intervention, so it will be impossible to recover any sent information.
5. Do not indicate, publish, suggest nor spread in any form links to websites operated by third parties that are illegal in any way, or are in competition with www.dates4real.com. If violations are found, such links will be immediately removed from the website.
6. Do not process, collect or store personal data of other users. If you do not meet these requirements, we will be forced to implement sanctions ranging from warnings to the cancellation of the profile without prior notice and without refund.

The member must have the skills, equipment and software required to use the Internet or, if necessary, the internet and telephone services, and recognizes the characteristics and the constraints of the internet regarding the protection, availability and integrity of data transmissions. www.dates4real.com cannot guarantee that the service will meet your needs, or that it will be provided without interruption, timely, secure or error-free. For any failure of the service caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to strikes, closures, explosions or accidents, fire or brownout, etc., we decline all responsibility.

If the User does not agree with all or part of the content of the "Terms and Conditions" of the Site, he/she is free to exit at any time from this platform, without any other formality or obligation.

7 Termination

The termination of registration is effective immediately. The interruption will include the complete deletion of the profile as well as messages and all other personal information in our possession.

Important: after deleting the profile, you can no longer make any claim. If you have a subscription, you must first disable the subscription and then delete the account.

8 Protection of personal data

Some information, comments or content (photographs) that the member optionally provides may possibly, under the responsibility of the member concerned, reveal the ethnic origin, nationality, religion and/or sexual orientation of the Member. By providing such information, all optional, the concerned member expressly consents to the processing of this "sensitive" data by www.dates4real.com, which assumes sole responsibility.

The personal data given by the customer will be collected, processed, stored and used within the services offered as per contract. Personal data is data that provides information on personal or objective characteristics of a natural person — e.g. age, gender, postal code, phone number, the analysis of test results for inclusion in the service, photos and e-mail addresses.

In case you need to process an order of a service subject to costs, we will collect the customer's name, address and bank or credit card details. The information gathered about you by www.dates4real.com and our services is used to offer you our services. The customer has the right to revoke immediately or in the future such authorization or request the correction of personal data stored by www.dates4real.com.

The client also authorizes www.dates4real.com to disclose personal data of his profile to external operators for the following clearly defined purposes:

• to send communications in the name and on account of www.dates4real.com (e-mail, newsletters);
• to publish on other media elements of www.dates4real.com customer profiles;
• to perform payments in the name and on behalf of www.dates4real.com;
• preventing and combating the misuse of the service.

www.dates4real.com receives and automatically records some information (logs) from the browser used by visitors: the IP address, cookie information and the pages requested by visitors. www.dates4real.com uses the information collected through automatic systems for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content for visitors, to respond in the best way to requests for certain services, and ultimately to make its services more effective and efficient for users.

Consequently, the Member explicitly authorizes www.dates4real.com to reproduce and broadcast the information available in your personal ad, search criteria and profile (personal information, description, images, videos, etc.) on www.dates4real.com, in whole or in part (on the site, on the web, by email) and/or on any media and means of communication, in particular audiovisual communication (press, radio, broadcast, digital, cable or satellite) or electronic communication (email, Internet), worldwide and for the period of validity of these Terms of Use between the Member and www.dates4real.com.

Each user can log in to the site with their Nickname and Password, and directly access all information about themselves in order to edit, delete or block its use on www.dates4real.com. In case of modification or deletion of information contained in the search criteria or user presentation, the modification or elimination will only take effect from the next update or subsequent edition of the communication media (print, audiovisual or electronic) containing that information.

9 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any consumer protection rights that you are entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country.

For users who are not consumers, these Terms shall be governed by Romanian law, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10 Complaints policy
